• Transportation of the deceased to our next step care facility
  
• Arrangement meeting with your family to obtain vital information, this can be done over the internet, phone, at your home, or in our consultation offices.
  
• Preparation of documents required for the State, Social Security, and VA forms
  
• Obtain a physician or coroner signature required for the Certified Certificate of Death
  
• Preservation by refrigeration until permit for cremation is received
  
• Container required for the Cremation Process
  
• Basic Urn, suitable for burial or spreading
  
• Online Obituary and memorial page
